The Task:
•
To establish power, water and sanitation on the fort.
•
To thoroughly clean the accumulated debris accumulated in over
50 years of abandonmnent.
•
To reinforce the existing landing stages to make boarding and
disembarkment safe at all times.
•
To convert some of the existing rooms into pleasant and attractive
living spaces.
